According to this (caution: sound, and not for slow bandwidths), Duff of Charm City Cakes will be on the Food Network, possibly tomorrow (10:30/9:30 Central). This guy is absolutely amazing. He did my brother's and sister-in-love's wedding cake, and not only did it look absolutely fantastic, it achieved what no other wedding cake I've ever sampled has--it was scrumptious. Check out his site for examples of some of his work; this guy is also a welder, which explains a lot. *grin* I've seen four other cakes by him, and all were astonishing and tasty.
