Happy Pre-Easter!

First off, I want to recommend [livejournal.com profile] cincoflex's new Pseudonym to all you Happy Hogan (or Copra Cabana) fans out there. Even taciturn chauffeurs need love, and she supplies it perfectly!

Second, she's also mostly responsible for Feast, which is an Easter story only for the eggs as it misses the original point entirely. But it was fun to write. Please note, I am resurrecting my personal rating of Unabashedly Sentimental for this one. Previously unknown levels of fluff. You Have Been Warned.

Now, do I bother going in to work this afternoon, or not?

Why on earth would you be going to work today?

I'm at work, but that's only because I'm having (free) wireless problems at home again...

Okay, through my massive blushing now, I humbly vote you not go to work--

and thank you for the plug and the praise--you're so incredibly sweet!

Yup, you had me at "Easter fluff". Lovely way to start the Saturday.

And work on Saturday is highly over-rated!

A lovely easter treat indeed, VR. This left me with a big smile on my face, and soda up my nose from some of the earthier egg descriptions...

I need to stop eating/drinking while reading your stories.

:P

*thud*

I'm overdosing severely on great fanfic and chocolate... coma... oncoming...

*sighs*

Gee, this really did need a fluff warning! :P But I liked the smutty eggs. Like really. They were awesome practically eggasmic. *snerk* And so very Tony. Heh.

He actually made this himself? The thought put a lump in her throat. Tony made this. For me.

*sappy grin* That fifteenth egg was soooo beautifully romantic. What a great idea.

It was difficult pulling out lines I like best short of all of it, but I keep landing back on this:

It was like watching the sun rise, Pepper thought as joy bloomed on Tony’s face, and then he was kissing her hard, pulling her so close that the egg was trapped between them. She kissed him back, stunned and dizzy and surprised by that same joy, and when she tasted salt on his lips she knew it didn’t matter whose tears they were.

Excuse me while I go scrape myself out of the puddle of goo I’ve melted into. Loved Tony’s naked vulnerability and how much he absolutely needed Pepper to say yes.

Oh and I also loved Jarvis going all mathy with the odds. 174:1. Remarkable indeed! Hee!

Happy Easter. :)
