I had a lovely time this evening with laura27md and elegant_speed, dining on fine Italian food and then spending way too much time in a bookstore. I did not buy the new Emma Bull book, or the second Sharing Knife book (!), or even the CSI graphic novel with the one sketch of Brass that was worth the $19.99 cover price right there. They'll have to wait until my next paycheck.
We traded airline horror stories, and fandom tales, and waved books at each other, and had a blast. 'Tis true, 'tis true; I meet the nicest people online!
