consulting_room  is now open. 

cincoflex  and I are proud to announce the creation of an LJ community for fans of the recent Sherlock Holmes film.  It's intended for gen and het fics, all ratings; there are a number of slash comms available, but het seems to be a bit thin on the ground, so we figured why not. 

Please feel free to join, and to post, and to read!  Not that we have much there yet.  Rules are on the profile page, and if you have any questions or suggestions, don't hesitate to speak up.  We're sort of winging it, but nothing ventured, etc.

Congrats on the new comm! Yes, the slash has taken over, but come on, there wasn't a whole lot sub in that text! LOL That said, I look forward to het and gen fic.

*points to icon* I may just stop by when I start writing these. They'll be mostly gen, or het stories drabbles & ficlets with a few best!buddies thrown in.

At least that's the plan. We'll see what the muse has in mind... *trembles in fear*

Oh, I know--they definitely had all kinds of fans in mind with that one. Still, there was plenty for those of us who don't do the slash thing too--room for everybody. And please, do!! I was hoping you might join us. :D

Thank you, BTW, for the adorable skating bear! The package actually arrived last weekend, and promptly got lost in the chaos that is my living room. *sigh* He'll go in with the other ornaments to wait for December. I love the goose! (And it's Amie, but good guess. ;)
