So I did the dishes (twice) and made lunches, and cleaned the cat sand and took out most of the trash. But I don't feel very accomplished. I keep putting stuff off until the weekend, and then finding no time then.
I made a list. Sometimes that helps. But the truth is I'm living a two-bedroom life in a one-bedroom apartment, and that makes things...crowded. But I got some new shelves, and every so often I remind myself that I'm not on a deadline here. Stuff will wait for me to deal with it.
Well, mostly. Note to self--get apples out of crisper before they evolve a civilization.

And if the apples in your crisper ever got together with the grapes in mine, they could probably take over the world. Fruit are like that... ::nods wisely:: Mind you, it's usually when they actually ferment that they exert influence, but still, they are sneaky.

I have the same problem. I tell myself I'll do it all on the weekend but when the weekend rolls around, I realize I've completely overbooked myself. I seriously need a at least a 36 hour weekend.
Oh, and making lists is the only way I can ever get anything done. If I don't, I just wander aimlessly around the house, knowing I have stuff to do but unable to do it. Very sad.

I don't allow myself to use the crisper for that very reason. I had way too many frightening experiences. Things just get forgotten down there, you know?
