cincoflex for telling me where this chapter went wrong! And again, near-instant banner, wow.
The top-level Dream is skimpy, but it’s really only a framework for the deeper one. Eames might have found it exciting, but I didn’t.
Anybody out there remember Pearly? *grin* I know tanks don’t generally have enough room for what I’ve described, but hey, what’s the point of having a Dream if you don’t play with the aspects at least a little?
I think I was in an old gold mine once, as a kid, but I don’t remember much. My grandparents used to live in gold rush country.
Still not satisfied with the ending of the mine scene, but oh well.
