First impression of Emily Prentiss: too eager to please for someone of her age and status.  Fortunately she got a grip fairly quickly; I like her well enough now.  Could be attributed to the development of a new character in an established show. 

First impression of David Rossi: arrogant bastard.  Hopefully this will change. 

I certainly don't miss Gideon.  And if one speeds up the theme music, it still sounds good--almost X-Files, in a way.

Oh, the arrogant doesn't go away, and it does take him a while to really become part of the team, but Rossi certainly grew on me, and he starts out miles better than Gideon. Hopefully he'll grow on you, too :-)

And may I add, I adore your icon. Wash would certainly approve!

Heh, well, I can't fault him for wanting Garcia's case solved, though I suspect it was in part ego. :P He is cute, certainly.

I didn't really watch it much until Gideon left. I really grew to like Prentiss alot and Rossi is an edgy charmer once you get to know him :-)

Yes,caribou are pretty calm compared to other ungulates. If you sit still they will come fairly close. the calves are born in June so I switched to Alaska pics to honor their efforts. Besides they are much cuter than baby birds here in Florida :-)
