Chapter 2 of The Elephant Gambit is now posted. This is Inception, Arthur/Ariadne, and rated PG-13. As always, cincoflex kept me on the straight and narrow...and going!



Yes, Monica Davis and Cody are exactly who you think they are…if you’re into a certain obscure fandom.  ;)  Come to think of it, there was someone at least nominally named Chase in that one too, and they never gave Cody a last name either. 

Frances is just short of my own invention--she was merely a voice on the phone in the film, and the only reason to think she was Miles’ wife/Mal’s mother rather than Dom’s mother was her accent.  I’d love to know why she and Miles were on different continents, though--was it just the grandkids, or something more? 

I gave Arthur the last name of Chase last time just to perpetrate a bad pun, but Temenos has a little more depth to it…
