We have liftoff...

Well, thanks in large part to the encouragement of Cincoflex and gglovebug, I've posted the first chapter of the "Rollercoaster" sequel, Halfway to the Moon. Given how my brain usually works, this will probably spur a session of more focused editing and possibly some better writing. I've given up trying to figure out why it works that way; I guess it's enough that it does.

To all you kind people who are waiting for the next chapter of "Karma"--my apologies for the delay. It's my turn to write the chapter, and while it's fairly started, it's been sitting there going "nyah" at me for the past several days. I'll keep coming back to it, but I'm not sure I want to post it without running it past Cincoflex first, and her vacation may preclude Internet access. In short, it'll probably be another ten days or so. *sigh* Thanks for your patience!
