I got this from io9, which claims it's from Iron Man, though I beg leave to doubt it.  Either way, it's too funny to not post.

It's a BPAL clockwork lavaliere, or scent locket. One adds perfume oil to something absorbent and stores it within the locket. A Halloween gift from cincoflex! It's heavy and gorgeous and I'm absolutely boggled. Thank you so much, dearest!

And I smell delicious. :D

Because I just could not resist....

Last month I bought one of the CSI graphic novels, mainly for the one picture of Brass (see icon, snerk).  Most of the artwork was pretty bad, but there were a few shots that I thought captured the characters pretty well, and on impulse I scanned some.  I doubt I'll ever use most of these, but it was fun to put them together.  

Unfortunately there were none of Sara or Warrick that were worth scanning. 

(I changed Catherine's speech bubble to read "Hi handsome..." but it's not really legible at this resolution.)

 

I may use this later as a header, but for now, because it amuses me--
