I made apple crisp tonight and my apartment smells deeeelicious.  I used the Cuisinart to slice the apples.  Cooking is more fun with toys!

I'll try--I sort of took the recipe out of the Betty Crocker New Cookbook and threw in various ingredients until the amounts looked right, so it's not exactly scientific.
