I miss cincoflex. She's off on vacation, hopefully having a wonderful time; I've had notes from her already.  She deserves every second of her time off, and I'm so glad she's seeing her family. 

But I miss her.  *pout*  Which is even sillier when I consider that the last two days I wouldn't have had time to chat anyway, due to exhaustion and family; but there it is.  I won't see her online for days yet and my evenings are looking very quiet and empty.

It's hard to be separated from our friends sometimes. You want them to have fun...but missing them leaves a bit of a hole in your life.

And, no, you're not five. I'd feel the same (my daughter's best friend was on vacation for two weeks and Savannah made us so miserable her dad and I were starting to whine about her friend coming back).

It's very hard. My best friend decided to quite using AIM and it took me a looooong time to stop looking for her. My evenings are still very quiet with something missing. You aren't 5... just attached. *grin* I sure hope she's having a great time, it's well deserved.

We are very much in contact. We talk on the phone every day... almost. I'm flying out on tuesday to see her. It's hard that we live on opposite ends of the country, we have to go to great lengths to see each other.

Whining is always allowed when best friends are otherwise occupied. I have some cheese and fruit for the party. 'Course I still haven't figured out a way to get them thru that little cable on the computer :-)

It's worth the time, effort and expense. I encourage you to try and make it happen. I set aside one week a year to go to NC to see her and just hang. It's been a year so it's past time to get back there.

That's a fact. It would seem that this one has been a bit warmer than usual. I'm a true glutton, we will be going to Atlanta to see a couple of baseball games, thank GOD they are night games.

MSN, only because that's what Cinco uses. I hate it, actually. But I don't chat much besides with her so it's not much of an issue.
