I'm getting close to posting my next multi-chapter story (I think). Iron Man is a new fandom for me, and it seems that the once-per-week update to which I was accustomed in CSI is a little slow there. So tell me how often you'd like updates. I don't promise to go by the results, but they will influence my decision.

I'm speaking as someone who is not yet into the fandom. Since no one gave me Iron Man for Christmas, I'll be going to pick up a copy of my own. Then I can see what all the fuss is about.

As to the survey -- It is my opinion (since you asked) that updates should come when you (they?) are ready. A set schedule (weekly or whatever) might help if that is what you are accustomed to working with.

But it is my experience that your stories are worth waiting for, so I'm totally fine with randomly spaced updates.

As to banners - I enjoy them, but rarely do they add to my enjoyment of a story.

Tres doesn't know what she's talking about, and since *I* am the one making the TRULY GLORIOUS BANNERS, I think they add a tiny bit to the story.

Oh, well, actually I try not to start posting until I have a story all but finished...I didn't adhere to that with Down to Sleep and look what happened. >.< But thank you! I appreciate your input!

I still haven't seen Ironman so I know nothing about the fandom, but when I'm following a story I prefer regular updates of some sort. I know it can be hard to keep up that kind of pace though.

I'm ambivalent regarding banners.
