Speaking of squeaking at the TV--

--This morning, while trying to catch a weather forecast, I saw someone I've known for more or less thirty-one years in a  TV commercial.  XD  Delight is only one of an array of emotions.

I used to hang out with a lot of actors when I was doing theatre and it's still a bit of a blinker when I see someone I know on tv.

Actually one guy was in a movie with some big name actors.

It's an odd little thrill, isn't it?

It is! He's been an extra in a couple of films though I've never been able to spot him. Really, life shouldn't do that to me at that hour of the morning! *snerk*

I LOVE it when this happens! When I was a kid, there was a girl up the street from me a few years older who gave me dance lessons in the summer~her life goal from 10 onwards was to be on TV and movies by the time she was 25~she had an "extra" role in the Aviator, and I saw her in a L&O rerun the other day :-P

it's definitely a "OMG I KNOW her!" kind of thing :-D
