Let me just say that there's nothing quite like starting the morning by stepping on a mouse haunch.  >.< 

Why, oh, why, if my cats gobble down half a can each at every meal and then beg for crunchies, why can they not finish a whole mouse?  It's not like they were saving it for later, either, not if they just left it on the bathroom floor.  *sigh*

Aw, how sweet! Kitties are leaving a little something for Big Mom Kitty. Ok, maybe they could pick a better present for you but it's the thought that counts, right?

I have this Beanie Baby rat that someone gave me several years ago. Well, Tucker, the 12lb kitten, has decided to leave that as a gift for me so every morning I find it in, on, or by my slippers. I do have to say that I'm kinda grateful my gift isn't real.

We had a cat that would leave whole (but tiny) mice in my husband's (enormous) shoe. Most people shake their shoes and a pebble drops out...

I had a cat in college that got out (all of my cats have been indoor cats) and when he came back left an entire crow spread out in front of the door.
