Well, we knew it was coming. Also, I love the reference to his 'true love Sara' and that Sara will be back for multiple episodes. You know, I do believe CSI has just returned to my must record list.

I am thrilled that Sara and Grissom will be just about heading off into the sunset together, but after that, come Thursday nights at 9:00, I will happily be watching Grey's Anatomy without trying to find time for both my mom and I to sit down and watch CSI on demand. Except for the episodes when he's back. Or she's back. Is she going to come back? Sigh.

I watch this show for the characters, and as much as I love Brass, Greg, and Nick (don't particularly care for Catherine), Grissom and Sara are hands down my favorites, and this will not be the show I love without them. And I'll miss Warrick!!

At least we know that they will live on in fanfic, and that's no small consolation.

Thanks for the link. I'm sad that Grissom won't be on full time but I'm glad that Sara's back for more that just the first episode. In a way it makes a lot of sense storywise. I'll be hoping for Sara and Gris to be together no matter where they end up. anne

I'm thrilled that Sara will be back for more than one or two eps, I've really missed her. "Grissoms true love..." yeah baby. Sigh... it will be hard to watch without him there, sorry, I'm a Billy fan first.

Oh yes, I agree. I don't know how long I'll watch--it may have to do with how much screen time they give Brass. But what's the point without the GSR?

I know there are fans that hate Sara, and GSR but it was written in from the second ep on. i love Brass, it will be interesting to see what happens with him too. Will he be more like he was in the beginning? Could make for some interesting Musings.

I knew it was coming. And I'm actually not really all that upset. And that's horrible. lol. I've been looking for a good solid reason to stop watching CSI. I mean... *sigh* I love the fandom. I love the people in the fandom. It's just me and the show that are having issues. I'll continue reading fics as long as there are people out there writing good ones *nudge* But at least this will free up my Thursday nights.
