I knew I forgot something in Ch. 1's author notes. The bistro to which Sara takes Grissom does in fact exist; it's located in Columbia, Maryland, and the food is amazing. Café de Paris is not cheap, but the food is worth the price, and I'm told by those who would know that the wine list is pretty good too.
