Well, that's frustrating. I went to post that Firefly story, and FF.net is on the blink. It's partly back, now, but I can't log on. *sigh* They were doing so well!

At least I could post it at my own site. All the more reason to have a backup, I guess.

Hi, there. I just read your Firefly story over at ff.net, and it's wonderful. I left a review there. I literally squeeled with delight when I saw that you were writing Firefly -- hopefully more? I admit, I don't read as much CSI stuff -- or write it -- as I used to. But you've always been one of my favorite authors, so what a treat.

Okay, sorry for the fangirl gushing. I really am too old for that! :P I hope you don't mind, but I've friended you.

Heh, thank you! I was actually writing Firefly before CSI--I got into the latter in part because all the good sci-fi was canceled--but I ran out of inspiration after a little while. Serenity seems to have inspired me again, but I think I need to see it once more before I'll know if anything else is brewing.

I'm sorry CSI is losing you; I admire your writing quite a bit, particularly "Skin" and "Roll of the Dice". But all things end eventually! Going to friend you back.

I don't know if it's losing me, or I'm losing it. Sure, some inspiration from TPTB wouldn't hurt, but even so ... I don't know. Oh well, I'll find something else to obsess over, I'm sure! Thanks for the compliment.
