Today I put together and put up two sets of shelves. This involved using my power drill, which is always fun, but now my arms hurt. I did the dishes, made pumpkin bread, put away laundry, made four lunches, and did other various small chores, and I also wrote 3,000 NaNo words.
I'se feelin' good. Arms notwithstanding.

2 loaves:
One 15 oz can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
4 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose or whole-wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp baking powder
1/2 pkg cinnamon chips (Hershey's)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs
Add other ingredients
Pour into greased loaf pan(s)
Bake 50 min to 1h 20 m, depending on size
Cool 10 min in pans, on rack
This freezes well, but is superb hot from the oven. You may have trouble finding the cinnamon chips, though. I got my last lot at the Hershey's store at the factory in PA.
