The line that made me laugh the most was when Ecklie asked how long had Sara and Gris been intimate and Sara say about two years it was on a Sunday. That just made me laugh out loud. If she leaves I'm going to miss her so much. I'm happy that writers didn't portray Ecklie as a fire eating dragon out to destroy the couple. And her look at the end was so sad. But it was great to see Grissom smile and have some fun. The last time he even seemed remotely care free was very early on when he was giving Nicky his CSI level 3 badge. This has been two awesome episodes this season. anne

Let's hope the streak continues...and that CBS comes to its senses and keeps Ms. Fox. I agree with you, nice to see Ecklie acting human--in fact, Grissom didn't have to be that confrontational, really.

okay, haven't seen the ep (currently lving in Aussie land), just the GSR clips, but...

Technically, and she should tell Griss this at some point, Sara originally answered Ecklie the same way as he did: Relationship? = Always; Intimate? = 2 years ago. And Ecklie should have realized the same thing was happening when talking to Griss, since he didn't specify what he was asking -- YAY geek mindmeld still going strong!

Ah yes... I'm sure I've read about half of the Grissom/Ecklie conversation... somewhere... lots of times actually...
And Grissom seems to do okay at first meeting, gets lots of pick-up lines from women anyway, then... doom.

"Oh no. Beginning of the end?" -- I sure hope not! Swing's okay, just don't get rid of her! We saw plenty of Cath and the boys when they went to swing in Season 5.

And, hey! doesn't "no romantic relationships between team members" mean that the solution of Cath doing Sara's evaluations is semi-irrelevant... and won't that cause trouble for the whole CWR that's picking back up again?

Also, wouldn't it have been cute if Griss put his hat on her head before going off to don the helmet? Sigh...

And I kinda wonder when they're going to have the time warp... Usually, someone gets injured at the end of the season and then miraculously returns at the beginning of the next completely healed except maybe a little emotional scarring. CSI usually has the murders allegedly occurring the date that the ep airs. Wonder how we're going to get from May to October...

We saw plenty of Cath and the boys when they went to swing in Season 5. Very true! Here's hoping. And now you have me wishing he had done the hat thing...I think that was the one he was wearing in Rhode Island.

And you've answered a question for me--I wondered if folks outside the U.S. could get shows off iTunes ahead of them being shown in their respective nations.

Well, er, technically I don't think you can get them from iTunes if you're not FROM the US. You can still download them if you're out of the country, but you have to have a US iTunes account (with a US bank account or credit card) to purchase them. My parents, who do live in the US, gifted them to my iTunes account... Early Christmas present...
