Last night I dreamed a crossover, with a reluctant romance between Sofia Curtis and a terminally ill Dr. McCoy. 

My brain has gone beyond weird.

So, you mean the one where McCoy gets thrown back in time while beaming back up to the Enterprise when a power fluctuation on the planet causes a power surge? And he lands in Las Vegas, smack dab in the middle of a murder investigation? And Sofia has to interview this really weird guy (clearly off his nut) who is strangely dressed and has no ID and is totally confused? And he's taken to a hospital because he collapsed just after being released from the police station? And Sofia goes to do a follow up interview because something he said while confused seemed to jive with another witness' statement...and...and...
