Since work  won' t let me onto YTDAW right now, I can't modify my post to say that Ch. 6 is up at FF.net.  *sigh*  I don't mind the occasional bit of FF.net downtime--I don't pay a thing for it and I rarely have problems, last night was the first in quite some time--but work's inconsistency with YTDAW is baffling and somewhat irritating.  It's not banned...it just won't connect.  Some of the time.  

Oh well.  It's Friday...

Yes, well, about that chapter... GRRRR!

Here you have these great sweet moments, and you're one of the few authors that remembers Grissom's grandmother's ring, and then... WHAMMY! And it's well written and lovely and I ... just ... can't ... stop ... reading it! Good thing there's a smutathon going on at GF right now, cause... GRRRR!

Also, I think you broke my muse, or maybe it was TPTB, cause I actually wrote smut, and ... uh ... that's never happened before. I've always been more of an episode interpretation type of person and stayed PG-13/T, but after reading Ch.5 last week, I just got this urge to write smut to fix things in the GS universe... So, uh, thank you for that. :-)

Congrats on the smut!! I haven't had time to read all the entries yet but it should be an interesting array, heh. And fixing things is what got me into CSI fic in the first place, so there. :P

Which is why I trust you... And maybe I'll just go read In the Center yet again to remind me of that fact...

As for my smut ... It wasn't technically a smut-a-thon entry because I didn't sign up to get a prompt (I never expected my muse to go there), but the timing was about right for early smut-a-thon. Anyway, it's not on the master list or smut-a-thon tags and it's now been buried pretty deep, so if you want to read it, you can check it out HERE (http://community.livejournal.com/geekfiction/943977.html). Oh, thanks, but it's okay! I posted last night that the chapter was up on my site; it can wait until I get home or work starts cooperating. It's nothing major, I'm just annoyed.

You are one evil person and a dammed good writer. I just finished reading chapter 6 and my stomach is tied in knots. This story has drawn me in right from the first and I can tell that I'll be sweating the outcome right through the last word of the last scentence. Sara must be at her wits end and how do you deal with feeling like those. I hope that life runs very smoothly for you during the posting of this story so that I don't have to wait anymore that a week for each new chapter. I can tell that whatever fingernails that I have are going to be toast by the end. Thursdays have been my favorite night of the week since I started watching CSI. This story will just make it that much more interesting( or maybe I mean nerve racking). I hope that you had a happy Valentines Day. Only 47 more days until a new episode of CSI, Hurrah!!!
I saw a trailer for the new Indiana Jones movie today. I'm ready for another rollercoaster ride. Only 97 days until showtime.
