Yay! I was very happy when I saw you'd updated, and I loved the chapter. I was a little worried after chapter 16, just because it seemed like things might go horribly wrong, but chapter 17 proved me wrong. It had a calm, happy tone, and I'm really happy that Grissom and Sara have both decided to take control and quit while they're ahead so they can have a proper life together.

Hope your muse continues to cooperate; looking forward to chapter 18!
