Prompt: some Grissom/Sara. Eggnog, a tree and Hank
“I still can’t believe you went through with it!” Sara said, her laughter pluming in the cold air.
Grissom shrugged and smiled, his gloved hand next to hers on the trunk of the tree as they pulled it downhill. “You said you wanted to try cutting your own tree.”
“It was a passing comment!” She puffed to a halt, and Hank galloped back from his explorations, his paws throwing up snow. Sara patted him and then poured out a cup of eggnog from the thermos to share with Grissom.
“Thank you,” she said, and her smile was all he wanted.
