Snabbled from
astrogirl2 and slightly altered because I don't have much up at AO3:
I have 192 works archived at FF.net. Pick a number from 1 (the most recent) to 192 (the first thing I posted there), and I'll tell you three things I currently like about it.
Feel free to pick up for yourself if you like!

Date: 2013-05-21 10:30 pm (UTC)1. I'm still pleased about working in not one, but two sci-fi quotes.
2. River dancing in the air in zero-G--I'm glad I thought of that.
3. Nobody called me on faking the tech. :P
104 - One of a near-endless series of "fix-it" GSR shorts!
1. I loved, and love, the image of Greg in a dunk tank, particularly getting drenched. *grin*
2. Using a real shelter organization--and hey, it still exists!
3. The final scene, though I may have inadvertently stolen the last line from CSINut.
34 - A crack crossover! Seen elsewhere, but I maintain I thought of it first.
1. I'm lying on a mountain of bubble wrap.
2. Working with
3. Twinkies and nu-ostrich jerky. :D

Date: 2013-05-22 01:52 am (UTC)1. If I recall correctly, the whole thing was crystallized around the image of Grissom kissing Sara's injury, and it's that image that pleases me so much, because it is pretty powerful (and very Grissom).
2. I like the way I set up the last bit so that the location of Grissom's shirt is a slight twist.
3. This. :D
94 - Ah, my epic. What to say, what to say...
1. Well, I'm proud of it! Never wrote anything so long before or since, and it still gives me a great sense of satisfaction, all these years on. I did a good job.
2. It was fun to tuck in locations, and occasionally people, that I knew in person. They know who they are! *grin*
3. The OCs. Ed and Gracie are very real to me, though they are not entirely original, and I'm very fond of them all--kids and Rosalie and Toby and all.
55 - My creepazoid case file!
1. I like the fact that I managed to finish it. There was a stretch when I wasn't sure I would be able to; sometimes on a reread I still get the feeling that there's a plot thread or two I forgot to corral.
2. Dr. Nat and her husband. *grin* They're imported from a different fandom, and it was great fun to play with her...
3. Being able to pull off Grissom as a viable suspect, and Sara suspecting him, without going too out of character. I still think her missing the frame is a bit of a weak point, but one must serve the plot sometimes. And it was fun to watch people freak out. *evil laugh*

Date: 2013-05-23 11:34 am (UTC)There are some fics that I consider comfort stories. When I need a mental boost I turn to yours, cinco's, and mingmommy's. They have been my retreat in the past few years.
Proud Flesh and Halfway are two that I would definitely hold up in comparison to any professionally published work. You should be very proud of what you have accomplished.
