So far, so good
Jan. 6th, 2006 10:02 pmSince Tuesday, I have been trying to write at least 500 words for my novel. So far, so good--I've managed more than that except for yesterday, which was only about 260 or so. Mind you, I've discarded some, but the idea is to keep moving.
This does not sound like much, except it's more than I've managed on a regular basis for way too long now. It may end up being only a habit on working days--sometimes my weekends are not condusive to writing at all--but if it does become a workable habit I'll be delighted.
Besides, I'm curious to see where my heroine is going.

The gentle cheerleading from a faithful reader does a lot to help as well, and I'll be there for you!
