Many thanks to everyone who sent me get-well wishes, suggestions, and commiseration.  I'm feeling somewhat better, though by no means back up to snuff; hopefully I didn't pass this along to anyone else.  Given that I was in contact with two elderly people earlier this week, the wish is more than perfunctorally sincere... 

I find it interesting that fever makes my skin temporarily softer.  Even my feet.  Weird.

I'm so sorry you've been sick :( But really glad you are at least feeling a bit better!!!

Just finished chapter 4 of Down to Sleep and it is getting really intense. I love our Geeks' interaction as always, but also appreciate how you are carefully building this case into their life to the point of no return. As to the one 'possible evidence' so far...you're a clever writer...which makes me a nervous reader. And that made absolutely no sense, but it's good - believe me. :-)

Glad to hear you are feeling better. I understand about hoping it wasn't passed to anyone. Some how my husband didn't get the horrendous flu I had, thank God. I hope everyone around you stays healthy.

I just finished chapter 4, I agree with Ligaras, intense. I look forward to the next chapter.
