Quick research question

I did look it up, but clinical descriptions are lacking.  Have any of you, gentle readers, experienced an ovarian cyst, and are you willing to describe the event?  I don't need a lot of detail, just an impression of what it was like.

Stabbing sharp cramping pain from hell. *grimace* My sister gets them a lot; I've only ever had one, I think.

Is it weird of me to be chuckling about the dramatic difference in pain-level-statement between my comment and all the others here? Looks like my pain tolerance has grown way too high =P
